Shipping
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation on business days.
Estimated delivery times by region:
- Sweden: 3–4 business days
- European Union: 4–5 business days
- United Kingdom & other non-EU countries: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or customs processing.
Customs duties & additional charges
For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are not controlled by us and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.
Delivery
Delivery is considered completed once the order has been received by the customer or their authorized representative. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns, unless required by law (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days in the same condition as received.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- all original tags must be attached
- items must be returned in their original packaging
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds are issued using the original payment method
- refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return
- the refund includes the product price and standard delivery cost (where required by applicable law)
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@naboistockholm.com. Please include your order number and photos where possible.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.
