Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days.

- EU: 4–5 business days
- UK & non-EU countries: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. The seller is responsible until the carrier takes possession of the goods.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns, unless required by law.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are made via the original payment method.
