At NABOI, we prioritize responsible practices across all of our production partnerships, including the collaborations with our trusted partners in Europe. We are proud to work with manufacturers who share our commitment to ethical production and empowerment.
Working Hours:
Our production partners adhere to regulated working hours, typically from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday, ensuring fair and structured schedules. Employees benefit from pension plans and paid leave, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Working Conditions:
We place strong emphasis on the well-being and professional development of the individuals who bring our designs to life. Our production partners invest in continuous education, skill development, and career growth – particularly supporting a predominantly female workspace.
Regulated Environment:
Our partner factories operate within regulated labor frameworks and are subject to regular inspections to ensure compliance with labor standards. These measures guarantee fair wages, safe working conditions and respect for workers’ rights.
Ethical Commitment:
Together with our production partners, we uphold freedom of association, collective bargaining, and environmental responsibility. We support ethical business practices and firmly reject forced labor, unsafe working conditions and discrimination of any kind.
